Helping Anxiety with LEGO

Our school was filled with excitement as the students opened the new LEGO sets provided through Good360. The room buzzed with creativity, as children began building, laughing and collaborating, exploring new ways to create and problem-solve. For many children, LEGO has become an essential tool for managing anxiety. The process of building offers a calming, focused activity that can help children centre their thoughts and soothe their emotions.
