This Christmas is Special

Micah Projects works to break down barriers that exclude people from housing, healthcare, employment, meaningful connections, and to give people a voice. We ensure the immediate needs of individuals and families are met, in a supportive, informed and respectful manner. Our Mission Statement is to respond to people who experience exclusion, poverty, injustice and social isolation so that they may experience inclusion, economic well being, justice and connection within their community of choice.

Christmas 2019, Micah Projects gave 75 LEGO and DUPLO packs for children we supported. These packs were distributed to children supported by our Brisbane Domestic Violence Service (BDVS), Young Mothers for Young Women (YMYW), Family Support and Advocacy team and Home for Good team. Many of these families were escaping family violence or experiencing homelessness, financial hardship or adversity.
