Christmas goodies for young people in care make all the difference

Young people in care are often very disconnected from their families, and Christmas is a sad time of year because they often go without the gifts that kids in family homes will receive. Last Christmas we were able to give our young people massive goodie bags of hair care products, makeup, stationery and things that they generally do not receive from anyone.

Christmas is hard enough for these young people who cannot spend their day with loved ones. Our funding only reaches so far for Christmas presents for the young people, so being able to provide such big packages of name brand goodies for them has made such a difference to the feeling around the house.
