Flood Relief for the Community of Hay

On April 16, 2024, Linking Communities Network Ltd organized a Hay Flood Recovery Community Day to assist the victims of the floods that happened in 2022. With the help of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice NGO Flood Recovery Program grant, Good360 provided 11 pallets of essential items, including clothing, homewares, and cleaning supplies, to the flood-affected locals. Good360's CEO, Alison Covington, stated that natural disaster recovery is not just about immediate needs, but it's also about providing ongoing support to help individuals recover and thrive for the long term. We hope that these essential items will help people who have been through difficult times.

The community day was filled with tents and tables that were stocked with donations and emergency food containers. A free BBQ lunch was provided to all those who attended. People were truly amazed at the quality and quantity of donations they could access for free! We would like to extend our gratitude to Good360, the Department of Communities and Justice, and all the donors involved in the event for making a significant difference.
