Jillaroo Jackaroo Camp

Thank you to BigW and Good360 who provided backpacks, drink bottles, food containers and stationery.

Our students supported by staff from Lomandra school set off on an outback adventure. Most students had never experienced country life and had to help on a station , setting up camp, allocation of jobs, cooking, cleaning and attending to animals. The students were able to learn new skills and work as a team. They packed lunches each day and used items donated. Bags for clothing and essentials. Drink bottles and lunch boxes to hold their daily food and stationery to write about their experiences.
Each night they would sit around the campfire and talk about their day.

Each student had their own pack which also included clothes, jumpers and personal items from Big W and Good360.

With generous support, children can experience great things

Thank you for the generous support!
