Families and individuals are doing it tougher than ever with the rising cost of living and the SIM cards help provide much needed financial and emotional relief.
Recipients have included a single mother of five, an asylum seeker, family fleeing domestic violence, abandoned single mother with baby and student with mental health challenges who needs her phone to access support.
