Thank you to Good360 and its donor Philips for the very good quality blenders. The blender is well-designed and functional for the families we serve. Our priest gifted these blenders to families in need. One funny story the priest told us. He visited a widowed mother who has moved to Australia recently after losing her husband in Syria. She lives in a small place with her 4 children and her mother-in-law. The priest gave the mother the blender.
- Her young son asked, “What is this mum?”
- The priest replied, this is a small machine, it cuts the food into small pieces and makes the food soft so mum can give it to your little brother, as he has no teeth yet.
- Boy "Can mum use it for Nana, as she doesn’t have teeth as well".
