Peggy’s Place aims to be a peaceful place, a haven for women and children to get their lives back. After experiencing domestic and family violence, people don’t just need housing support. They need help rebuilding their skills and their self-worth so they can be happy, secure, and self-sufficient. This donation of books will provide opportunities for our residents to be entertained and to learn new skills such as cooking and managing finances.
