Books for Downtime

The Miriam Rose Foundation in Nauiyu Northern Territory is an Aboriginal community-managed charity that works with local families creating a brighter future for them and the community. The foundation is lucky enough to have volunteers come and deliver activities and programs that are interesting for different members of the community. Our recent donation received from Booktopia provided a great selection of books for our volunteers to read during their downtime and also some great guides and support books that got us thinking about new activities we could do. Books in remote places are great as there are lots of quiet times and times when internet and television reception aren't available. A good book to read or to learn from is invaluable. The quality of the books was great - we really appreciated these books as they are new and also accessible as there isn't a public library in the area. These books were gratefully received and they will keep many people entertained and well-informed for many hours. Thank you Good360 and Booktopia. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness.
