A Fresh Start for Youth

The timing of the Koh and Palmolive mixed pallet was fortuitous for our customers and volunteers. The pallet delivery was unpacked and redistributed to where it was needed most at Anglicare SA by a group of volunteers from St Peter’s College. We loved connecting goods with our customers via teenagers wanting to give back to their community by volunteering their time in the school holidays.
The Koh spray bottle and surface sanitizer made an excellent addition to the Cleaning Packs made up for our Emergency Assistance customers. Watch this recent video that captures the work of our Emergency Assistance services and the impacts on our customers.
In addition to the cleaning supplies, we were able to distribute the Palmolive Body Wash that came in this pallet to our Post Care Pathways program for young people leaving foster or residential care between the ages of 18 to 25. Little details like starting with Body Wash contribute to our ability to guide them into adulthood and life outside of care.
