Supporting Homeless in Adelaide

Good360 recently connected Aboriginal Elders and Community Care Services (ACS) with two South Australian Jeanswest stores. The clothing from these stores have assisted many families and residents in need of new clothing in these winter months and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Items were given to homeless people in Adelaide and communities in the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands.

Clothing from Jeanswest was also given to young and expecting mums. With different styles and sizes, we were able to help all age groups from teens to elders. Winter jumpers were our priority to get distributed quickly so they can be used during the winter months. All clothes were well received by all age groups. We had great feedback and people who were very appreciative of the clothing. This clothing is making such a big difference especially for people doing tough during the winter months and sleeping out in the cold.

ACS would ESPECIALLY like to thank Good360 and Jeanswest for their generosity.

Due to this donation, we have been able to put a smile on people’s faces during this tough time and ACS was able to connect with Aboriginal community members.
