Many Empower Packs have been hand-delivered to care recipients of the Community Visitors Scheme. Volunteers who visit the elder care recipients either living in their own home in the community or living within Residential Aged Care really enjoyed being able to offer the gift pack to brighten peoples day. Suncare Community Visitor Scheme volunteer Bernadette hand-delivered the packs to 7 friends who she visits weekly to address social isolation or loneliness and simply to offer friendship. Thank you Good360 for giving Suncare the resources to make peoples lives better.
