Hampers for Good

Technology for Ageing and Disability (SA) Inc (TADSA) is a volunteer-based organisation that designs, makes and modifies equipment that is not commercially available for people living with disabilities and those who are ageing.

The objective of our work is to enable people with varying degrees of disability to lead as normal a life as possible. TADSA implements its charter by using the skills and time of volunteers who join the organisation as Technical Members. They bring with them the desire to help others, help their skills and innovation to design and make the unique devices that will address the needs of the client/s.

Technology for Ageing and Disability (TADSA) grew out of the hearts and hands of skilled volunteers since 1978; and in typical Australian fashion, work started being done with the proverbial tin can and a bit of barbed wire, out of their back yard sheds.

Good360 and generous donors LEGO, SC Johnson and Cole Workwear made it possible for us to deliver over 70 hampers to deserving individuals and families right across South Australia. It was a delight to deliver them and see the joy it bought to so many. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your support is our encouragement.
