Northcott making a difference in the Illawarra

Much preparation had taken place with well in excess of $13,000 worth of gifts, toys and brand new clothing donated. Staff spent some time in making up Christmas gift packs for our customers who attend our Centre Based programs. These were delivered to over 50 customers at our end of year Christmas celebration.

The gifts were so well received and included beauty packs made up from all the L'Oréal Makeup, LEGO and other great products. Area Manager Mark Borg stated " Being able to present all our customers with a gift just made the night that little bit more special and the smiles on all the faces around the room was just so heart warming. It sent us all into the Christmas break in a great mood."

We were also able to assist in a fantastic initiative with one of our community partners "Ratha's Cafe" who opened their doors on Christmas day to deliver a hot meal to the homeless and under privileged in our local area. Northcott staff assisted on the day and we were able to donate similar gift packs to those in need. Ratha's Manager Meaghan Pritchard commented " We are so grateful and thankful for the donated gifts. Most of the people who we assisted on Christmas day would not have received a gift if it wasn't for the generosity of Northcott & Good360 and this includes lots of children who loved the LEGO and Shopkins".
