Launch of What Ability Foundation Sports Day

3 December is UN-sanctioned the International Day of People with a Disability (IDPwD). It's also the day of our all-abilities Sports Day will be officially launched by What Ability Foundation at CommBank Stadium in Parramatta, Sydney.
Thanks to Good360, our guests will be COVID-19 and sun-safe on this day. We are grateful for the significant savings to our event budget by ordering hand sanitiser and sun cream in bulk.
We will be bringing together 20 athletes, 100 people living with disabilities and 100 support workers for fun and games on the field. As Sydney-siders emerge from a long and stressful lockdown, we will be helping to unlock community experiences across the country.

What Ability Foundation (www.whatabilityfoundation.org.au) is a not-for-profit charity that exists to unlock community experiences for people with a disability and their families. The additional costs for families who have a loved one with a disability are significant. Often parents are unable to work and the pressure on household budgets means they cannot afford to access community events or much-needed respite.
Our Founder, Steve Dresler, has worked with countless families who are challenged to fund activities we ourselves enjoyed as kids. Something as small as a bowling ticket or the cost of overnight accommodation is out of reach for many. We are passionate about breaking down barriers and creating an inclusive community – to move, jump, play, swim and experience life to the full.
