I love my new home. My daughter and I had to leave everything we owned to get away from my abusive partner. We were in a hotel room until our case worker found permanent housing for us. She said she had arranged a Home Starter Pack from Backpacks 4 SA Kids. I didn't know what this was. I cried when I opened it up. It had everything I needed to make my house a home. Things like a toaster, kettle, dinner set, knife set etc. It was all brand new. My daughter and I were able to set up our bedroom with all our new bedding.
