Wellness packs to brighten tough times

Nexus Care has been thrilled to be able to pass on gorgeous wellness packs thanks to Good360 and Dermologica. We kept these packs aside for those moments when we meet someone who is really struggling and could then say, 'Here. This is for you so you can take some time out, just to pamper and do something nice just for yourself." The joy on people's faces as they looked at the quality beauty products was wonderful to see. Many of the women had been facing so many challenges - domestic violence, the threat of homelessness, mental health challenges - and to receive such a gorgeous and unexpected gift really lifted their spirits. When people are in financial or social crisis, self-care is often the last thing on their minds as they struggle to keep a roof over their heads or find a safe place for their children.
