Jewish New Year gifts

We are a Jewish funeral home offering affordable funerals and arranging funerals for those in the community who cannot afford them. We are able to do this by collecting donations and relying on a team of dedicated volunteers. Unfortunately, the last few months have been extremely busy with many cases of COVID and the flu meaning there have been more deaths than usual. In addition to this, we have had many staff members and volunteers fall ill creating extra work and stress for those remaining. The products we received from Good360 included kettles, headphones, drink bottles, candles, puzzles, soap, body glitter, lip gloss, bags and thermos flasks has been used as Jewish New Year Gifts for our staff and volunteers, who have been working tirelessly to ensure that all funerals can go ahead in a timely manner. Taking the stress off grieving families is vital at this difficult time for them and we have been doing our best to ensure that staff shortages have not impacted the families significantly. Some of the New year's gifts have already been handed out and others will be made into packs ready for distribution next month. We are very grateful for these products as they allow us the opportunity to give back to our very special volunteers who come in at all hours to prepare a deceased person for burial.
