Books for Bunjilwarra

Bunjilwarra is a 12 bed residential recovery and healing service for Aboriginal young people (male and female) aged between 16 and 25 years. It is a purpose built, statewide service in Victoria. As a voluntary program, Bunjilwarra empowers and provides a safe and supportive environment for young people to manage their alcohol and drug issues through active participation in therapeutic and structured programs designed to assist them, develop their living skills, and strengthen their cultural identity and spiritual well-being. Young people are supported to improve their physical, social, and emotional well-being, cultivate their skills for resilience and reintegrate into the community.
The Good360 products will continue to be invaluable, for our Aboriginal Residents.
Bunjilwarra only joined up with Good360 last week and to date, we have received some great Dettol hand wash and some fantastic books from Booktopia. Many of our young people experience anxiety, depression, exhaustion, relationship problems, financial hardship, and isolation and these items really do brighten their lives, including their dorms.
It is extremely important to Bunjilwarra that the Young Aboriginal People living here feel culturally connected to their oldest living culture in the world, and thanks to Good360 these items will help with our Young Peoples' healing journey giving new goods to improve their quality of life.
We are in awe of the support from the huge amount of Good360 supporters.
