Echuca Neighbourhood House once again received toys and other items through Good360 to assist our local struggling families at Christmas time.
I contacted all of our local primary schools, kindergartens, and daycare centres in our town and after consultation with them all we came up with the idea of "Secret Santa". We provided each facility with a form for them to list each child in need (age & gender only).
We then had a team of volunteers band together and package up a parcel for each child, then we delivered the packages to the facilities to distribute. We had some beautiful feedback, tears were shared, and there were many happy faces.
