LEGO Club Time

The Wellbeing Team at Lucindale Area School has opened a LEGO Club in the community and school library. Previously LEGO Club was a small group of students with one tub of bricks and some Technic LEGO. This wasn’t suitable for the younger students who during the colder months are looking for activities to engage in and be a part of.
Since receiving the new LEGO sets from Good360, there has been a massive positive change in the junior school on LEGO Club days. The sets are more age appropriate and cater better to our students. On LEGO Club days, the Primary and Middle school students eagerly await the doors to open at Lunchtime to run in and start. LEGO Club is an inclusive environment for students to be creative and make friends across year levels. So far, we have a strong group of R-Year 5 students and occasionally we also get a few Secondary students wandering in to see what’s happening.
The looks on the student’s faces, when they saw the new LEGO collection, were priceless.
Thank you Good360 and LEGO
