Oodies provide warmth over cold winter

Staff enjoyed trying out Oodies and posing for a photo to say thank you to donor Davie Clothing, Good360, and transport partner Cochrane's Transport. The frontline workers at ac.care's homelessness services are thrilled to be able to deliver these sought-after items to people struggling through the cold South Australian winter to provide some comfort, especially for people on tight incomes reluctant to turn on the heating or unable to buy quality winter warmers. They also look forward to putting some Oodies aside to use as special Christmas gifts for clients they work with throughout the year, including vulnerable families. We are all grateful for the delivery of high-quality items like these to make life a little easier for the people we support! Partners like Cochrane's allow us to ensure people in regional areas do not miss out on some of the opportunities for support available in metropolitan centres thanks to the support with transport.
