Providing shelter and warmth to the homeless in our Neighbourhood

During the Winter months our organization partners with Stable One to provide a warm place for those who find themselves homeless over the cold and wet winter months. With our new facility being open as of April 2023 we were able to offer warm showers and fresh clothing from what was supplied from Good360. The participants in Stable One were also able to do a load of washing, whilst Discovery Community Care was able to send them off with a few new outfits to get them through the following week. We also offer support to many disadvantaged people in our region, we offer food and clothing to the families who need additional support at this time. We invite those in need in our community to a community meal once a week and other aid. We are grateful for all of the supporters that make our efforts possible to improve the lives of the people living in our region. Thank you.
