Everyone enjoys the new bedding and linen

We received sheets and towels through the Good360 program and distributed them throughout our community. They have been given to families, young people, as well as seniors in need and have really helped people in these difficult times.

One young man we gave the sheets and towels to was very grateful. He recently purchased his first home which he had been saving towards for some time. After making payments there is not a lot of money to go towards buying house items, especially with the current situation. He said, "The sheets have been a bonus, helping me save money so I can keep up with my mortgage payments, and even my cat loves them". He did not want to be photographed but was happy to send us a photo of his bed made up and a very happy cat enjoying the benefits.

Other people were very grateful as well, with job losses affecting their ability to buy necessities such as bedding and towels, and many struggling just to keep up with bills.

We also gave some to our seniors that were in lockdown, and it gave them a bit of a boost to be able to have some new linen to use without having to go into the shops to purchase them. Many commented on how it was nice to be thought of with everything that was happening at the moment and it made them feel a bit more connected to the community.
