Rural Women Wellness support

Last year, we held a Rural Ladies Pamper Day for women within our community with a focus on mental health and wellness. This year we planned to run the event again and received a donation of beauty products from Good360. Unfortunately, COVID-19 restrictions meant we are not able to hold our daytime event. However, our volunteers have been very busy putting together wellness bags for the women of our rural community, many of which are struggling with the drought and added restrictions of COVID-19.

These packs brought smiles to these women’s faces and we have had great feedback. With more women reaching out to our service than ever before it has been very satisfying to be able to offer these small wellness packs to them. We hope to continue to distribute more wellness packs to our local community members as restrictions ease.

We are incredibly grateful to be able to provide these women with something small to be used on themselves and give them a confidence boost.
