Nappies for 5 Newborns in COVID-19 lockdown

The Freedom Hub trains and equips victims of modern slavery to rebuild their lives, regain confidence, and be reemployed in freedom.

It has been quite a year for everyone but for survivors of slavery being in isolation due to COVID-19 has heighten their anxiety and worries.

As a testimony to the work we do, after a number of years living independently, finding love and a new home; 5 of our past survivors have returned to us seeking our services because they were pregnant.

Now it is daunting enough for every new mum but during COVIID-19 isolation not being able to do prenatal classes, we found ourselves doing it online with them. Trust and relationships are a big deal for people who have been through slavery so turning to us was a natural choice.

With little money, no job, and fear of leaving home and COVID-19, it was a huge deal being able to send them nappies and toys (for the future) from Good360.

Thank you Good360 and The Nappy collection for your donation.
