Donations bring hope.

Feeling like prisoners in their own homes, fear, with the darkness of depression creeping in and an intense yearning of loved ones due to isolation, the impact of COVID-19 has been taking a toll on people.
Helping vulnerable people is what Coomealla Health Aboriginal Corporation (CHAC) does well, with a recent escalation of services being provided to people suffering from COVID-19 or in isolation.
Unwell people have put shame aside, gratefully accepted offers of help.
People with already small budgets have been struggling harder due to escalating costs. Shortages of essential items have arisen due to food and clothing stores in the small towns being closed as a result of COVID-19 exposure. Being unwell and periods of isolation have also caused loss of income for those fortunate to have a job.
COVID-19 hot spots in the areas of Wentworth Shire Council, Balranald Shire Council and Wilcannia have received donated clothing, footwear, pillow slips, toothpaste, children’s accessories and window squeegees as part of CHAC’s involvement with local COVID-19 emergency response services. These items have been highly valued by all, especially those isolated in motorhomes provided as part of the emergency response.
“It felt so good to be given a nice pair of shoes and pants. I'm going to wear these for a job interview!”
Good360 donations have helped lift the spirit and well-being of health staff and community members.
Our heartfelt thanks to Good360 and its amazing corporate donors
