LEGO for mindfulness

As a sub-acute residential mental health service, we are so grateful for LEGO bricks received from Good360. It is now well known that LEGO can have a positive impact on people who are looking for additional benefits to their health and wellness and residents of our service will be able to use the LEGO both in groups and as an individual activity during their stay at our service. Interacting with LEGO bricks is regularly brought up by academic researchers on mindfulness as a perfect example of a relaxing activity that also requires a level of mental engagement. We know that both staff and residents will benefit greatly from our new LEGO bricks...thanks so much Good360
