Building a brighter future!

Bullimbal School is a custom-built facility in Tamworth for children with complex disabilities and learning needs. The current student population draws from an 80km radius around Tamworth. The 70 students of Bullimbal School have complex issues including moderate to severe intellectual disabilities, autism, genetic conditions, mental health and physical limitations. The severity of such conditions means that students require high levels of support to enable them to successfully engage in meaningful learning programs. The geneorus donations from Good360 have meant that a designated social LEGO Club has been established for students to access during playground times. These resources allow students to engage in small group activities with the support of staff to model and reinforce positive behaviour and the use of individual student Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems for students who do not use speech as their primary form of communication. The ongoing support of your organisation will allow the expansion of similar programs across our school. Thank you
