LEGO Legends

Our students have been busy building LEGO to beat the summer heat. Due to a lack of shade in the playground students are forced inside as the average summer temperatures soar well into the high 30's. Students enjoy chilling out inside the library being LEGO masters and developing their fine motor skills. The conversations and imaginations run wild as the LEGO is made into all sorts of things. Having a unique class of boys the LEGO also provides opportunities to strengthen their concentration skills. Considering most of our students are energetic outdoor types this is a handy skill to help them along.
