Bringing Christmas Joy for Deserving Families

Our BCR Community Services team loved playing Santa last Christmas, delivering hampers full of toys, presents, food and fresh produce from our gardens to deserving families in our community. The cost of living crisis has been hitting our region hard and many families were feeling very stressed by the season. A big thank you to Good360 Australia for the generous donations of fashion accessories, make-up kits, toys, and fun Christmas accessories. Causing particular excitement were the beautifully presented, professional make-up boxes filled with all kinds of cosmetics. When times are tough, older children and teenagers often go without so younger siblings can have presents, to be able to provide them with such a gorgeous gift was fantastic. The hampers were a united Good360 and BCR Communities effort with staff and volunteers wrapping presents, harvesting fresh veggies and donating food through our 'Eight Weeks of Giving' campaign.
